The Friction Review
A behavioral diagnostic of your protocol, product, or governance system. It examines the incentive architecture, the moments where irreversible decisions are made, the emotional design of the interface, and the governance dynamics that determine who actually holds power. Delivered as a written report with named interventions — specific changes to defaults, disclosure, timing, and reward structure — not a list of principles.
