Intellectual Property Notice

All research, writing, frameworks, assessments, and other original material published here is the intellectual property of BlocPsych, LLC. This notice sets out what you may do with it, because the intention is for the work to be used and cited rather than locked away.
Required citation
The Blockchain Fortune 500 Report must be cited as:

Other work should be attributed to BlocPsych, LLC, or to CJ Carswell where the author is named. The BE DAO Framework is published on SSRN and should be cited from that record.
What you may do
- Quote from the published work with attribution, for commentary, review, teaching, or reporting
- Share the free executive edition and the library PDFs in full, unaltered and with attribution intact
- Cite the findings in your own research, internal strategy work, or published writing
What you may not do
- Resell, republish, or redistribute the paid research, in whole or in part
- Present the work, the frameworks, or the findings as your own research
- Remove or obscure attribution, or use the material to train commercial models without a written licence
The licensed report
The full Blockchain Fortune 500 Report is sold under a single organisational licence at one price. It permits unlimited internal use across your organisation and use of the findings in client-facing work with attribution to BlocPsych, LLC. It does not permit resale or republication. There is no seat count and no per-person fee.
Trademarks and permissions
BlocPsych and the Theory of Blockchain Psychology identify the work of BlocPsych, LLC. Third-party company names appearing in the research are the marks of their respective owners and are used for identification and analysis only.
