BlocPsych, LLC operates this website. This policy describes what information the site collects, why, and what is done with it. It is written to describe actual practice rather than to reserve rights we do not use.

What is collected

Information you send us. The assessments and forms on this site compose an email in your own email client, which you then choose to send. If you send it, we receive whatever you entered — typically your name, email address, and in the case of the governance health check, your organisation and your answers. Nothing is transmitted unless you send that message yourself.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server request data, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and aggregate traffic measurement. We do not sell this data or use it to build advertising profiles.

Downloads. The PDFs in the library are served directly. Most require no email address, and where one is requested it is used to send the file and the research newsletter, nothing else.

Third parties

Video pages embed YouTube through the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain, which does not set advertising cookies unless you play the video. Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers who handle your payment details directly; we never see or store card numbers. Newsletter subscriptions are managed by Substack and LinkedIn under their own privacy policies.

How your information is used

To reply to you, to deliver what you asked for, and to send the research newsletter if you subscribed to it. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not send promotional email to people who did not ask for it.

Retention and your rights

Correspondence is retained as long as it is useful for the relationship and then deleted. You may unsubscribe from any mailing at any time using the link in the message. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to hello@getblocpsych.com and we will act on it.

Children

This site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed at children under 13.
